6-4:  Animals shall not be permitted to roam "at large" at any time within the city.  FINE: $165.00

6-13: There shall be no more than (3) dogs or (3) cats on a city premises.   FINE: $115.00

6-16: All dogs and cats must have current RABIES vaccination.   FINE: $265.00

6-45:  All animals (6) months and older must be spayed or neutered (fixed)   FINE: $165.00

6-47: All animals found outside an owners premises must have an Identification Tag.   FINE: $115.00
